Privacy policy

How we handle the personal data you send us through this website.

Awaiting legal review

This page was drafted from the company information supplied and has not yet been reviewed by a qualified legal professional. Items marked below still require confirmation before this website goes live.

Who is responsible

SB Digital SARL-S, 68 rue des Mouleurs, L-3583 Dudelange, Luxembourg, is the controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at sbdigitalsarls@hotmail.com or +352 621 598 150.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, business name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, and the description of your project. We do not collect anything else, and this site does not ask you to create an account.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work. The lawful basis is the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, we keep the correspondence for as long as required by Luxembourg commercial and tax law.

Who else sees it

We never sell, rent or trade your data, and there is no mailing list. Your enquiry reaches our email inbox and goes no further. Two providers are unavoidably involved in delivering the site to you: Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website and processes technical data such as your IP address and request logs in order to serve pages and block attacks; and Microsoft, which operates the mailbox the enquiry arrives in. Both act on our behalf. As Cloudflare is established in the United States, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no tracking cookies, uses no advertising pixels and runs no third-party analytics. Your language preference is stored in your browser so the site remembers it — this is required for the site to function and is never used to identify you. Depending on the security settings in place, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to distinguish humans from automated traffic; it carries no advertising or profiling function. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no consent banner is required.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to our processing, or request a copy in portable form. Write to sbdigitalsarls@hotmail.com and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, Luxembourg.

Still to confirm before launch

  • That Cloudflare’s data processing terms cover the plan in use, and that they are on file
  • Whether Cloudflare bot protection is enabled, which determines if a security cookie is set
  • Whether any form-delivery service is used, and its data processing terms
  • Confirmation of the retention periods above by a legal professional
