Questions people ask before getting in touch
How much will my website cost?
Websites start at €690 and most small business projects land between €690 and €2,500. Larger sites with e-commerce, booking systems or multiple languages start at €2,490. You get a fixed figure in writing before any work begins, and that figure is what you pay.
How long does it take?
Two to four weeks for most sites, counted from the point we have your text and photographs. If you do not have those yet, we can help — allow roughly one extra week.
I do not have photos or written content. Is that a problem?
It is very common and it is not a problem. We can write the content with you from a conversation, and advise on photography — including arranging a photographer where it is worth the investment.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes. We set up a simple way to change your text, prices, opening hours and images, and walk you through it in about an hour. If you would rather not, a care plan means you send us a message and we handle it.
What exactly does "unlimited" mean on the top care plan?
It means unlimited reasonable updates to the site you already have: text, prices, opening hours, images, staff, menus, documents and contact details. It does not cover new pages, new features, redesigns, adding an online shop or new integrations — those are quoted separately, so you are never surprised by an invoice.
Do you work with businesses outside Luxembourg?
Yes — we work throughout the Grand Duchy and the Greater Region, including Trier, Thionville, Arlon and Metz. Most of the process works perfectly well remotely.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you ever decide to move elsewhere, you take it with you — we will not hold it hostage.
Am I too small a business for you?
No. A one-person business gets the same care as a twenty-person one. That is the entire reason the Essential tier exists.
